September 5th is International Day of Charity!
The International Day of Charity is celebrated every year on the 5th of September, the anniversary of the death of Mother Teresa, who was famously selfless in her work and charitable giving.
Website, County and Town House have shared a brilliant article about ways in which you can make the most of the day, and how you can make a difference to your favourite charities. Have a read here.
As a charity ourselves, we know that even the smallest of gestures can go a very long way, so we have put together a list of ways you can support our work:
Money – whether a one-off donation, setting up regular giving or supporting our work through funding, money is one of the best, more effective ways to support a charity you care about.
Volunteering – donating your time and knowledge to our work is invaluable! We welcome volunteers of different ages and backgrounds to work with us and our Members, sharing your skills or simply being a patient, supportive member of the team.
Corporate Partnership – we recognise the importance of collaboration, and appreciate how a range of businesses and organisations working together can make a significant difference. If you’d like to chat about how your organisation can work with Pulp Friction, please get in touch!
Raise awareness – we know times are tough for a lot of people at the moment. If you don’t have money or time to spare, simply spreading awareness of Pulp Friction and what we do is a brilliant way to help our charity thrive! Follow our social media, mention us in your own circles and discussions, we’d be very grateful!
If you decide to do something good for charity this September, tag us (@pulpfrictioncio) on social media, we’d love to support your efforts!
